Meet your instructor

Alejandro Masferrer is a consultant specializing in team dynamics with a focus on authenticity and creativity.

As the founder of Triggers, he has developed tools and methodologies to help teams overcome creative blocks and advance their processes. He is also the author of two books on creativity; "Creative Process Design" (2019) and "Creative Teams Development and Leadership" (2024).

Ale has collaborated with renowned companies like Ogilvy, Adidas, and Typeform, and is a regular speaker at international creativity and innovation events.

He brings his experience and insights to each course, guiding teams towards more authentic and effective ways of working together.
